Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Alcohol orders placed through www.escalontequila.com are sold and fulfilled by independent, compliant third-party retailers.

Escalon Spirits LLC, makers of Escalón Selección Tequila, markets our products and provides access to checkout but does not directly sell or ship alcohol. The fulfilling retailer is responsible for the sale, fulfillment, and shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Age Requirements

Ground shipping: $18.50 flat fee per order for up to 12 bottles. Additional charges apply to orders of 13 or more bottles and will be displayed at checkout.

Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.

Delivery requires an adult 21 or older to sign and present valid government-issued photo identification. Alcohol shipments cannot be left unattended.

Orders ship through carriers such as UPS, subject to delivery-address restrictions and the fulfilling retailer’s eligibility.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to three business days for fulfillment after the licensed retailer receives your order, subject to product availability.

Carrier transit time is additional and depends on your destination and shipping service. Express shipping, when available at checkout, applies only after shipment.

Preorders

Preorder products are not available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping windows will appear on the product page or at checkout.

The three-business-day fulfillment period begins when the licensed retailer receives the inventory, not when you place your preorder.

If the stated shipping window cannot be met, you will be notified of the delay, provided updated timing when available, and given the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order.

Final Sales, Returns & Refunds

All alcohol sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in this policy.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders, contact support@escalontequila.com promptly with your order number and relevant details. We will coordinate with the fulfilling retailer to resolve the issue. Do not ship alcohol back without the retailer’s instructions.
