Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Escalón Tahona Blanco
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau
• 1/2 ounce gave nectar
• 3/4 ounce 100% passion fruit purée
• Tahin, for the rim
• Garnish with a lime wheel

Directions:

• Rim a rocks glass with Tahin and fill with fresh ice.
• Add Escalón Tahona Blanco, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, agave nectar, 100% passion fruit purée to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
• Shake until well chilled.
• Strain into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
• Garnish with a lime wheel.
